How much does it cost to ship to my location in Australia?
No matter where you are or how many items, the flat rate will always be $8.95. However, spend over $100 and we’ll ship your items for free.
Can you ship internationally?
We can, but you will need to contact us for a direct shipping quote. Any international freight will be at the buyer’s expense.
I want to pick up my items. Is there a pick-up location?
Why yes, there is. We have an in-store location for all your hands-on browsing at The Amazing Mill Markets, located at 114 Bellarine Highway, Newcomb, Victoria, 3219. Our stall is Stall 8154 “Sound and Vision”, located halfway down on the left when you turn right from the entrance. If you would like to purchase online and pick up from The Amazing Mill Markets, please select pick-up at Checkout. Pick-up is only available once a week on Tuesdays from 10am to 6pm and orders must be placed before 6pm Monday night to be ready for pickup.
I can’t find what I want. Can you find it for me?
Absolutely! One of our goals is to get you exactly what you want. However, because we only find certain things from time to time, it can take a while to locate your desired item. But feel free to send us a request and let us know exactly what you’re looking for. We’ll try our hardest and if we find it, we’ll notify you ASAP!
I don’t know what to get. Do you have any recommendations?
We sure do! Contact us and let us know what you’ve seen before and what you like. You can trust our recommendations as we’ve got a collective 26 years of film and TV viewing experience!
RETURNS:
My items arrived damaged beyond repair. Can I return them?
Absolutely. There’s nothing worse than waiting for something to arrive and it’s damaged, faulty or missing entirely. Please contact us and we’ll sort it out from there.
I’ve changed my mind on an item. Can I return it?
We do ask that you please choose carefully before making a purchase as we do not accept returns for a change of mind.
You won’t accept my change of mind return request, so I’m going to force a refund through my preferred payment method.
You’re more than welcome to do that. But please be advised that you will be banned from making any further purchases from the store after doing so. We want to conduct business in a respectful and friendly manner, so this behaviour will not be tolerated. We are clear with our terms of sale above and below, so there would be no excuse for this sort of behaviour.
NEWSLETTER:
If I sign up to the newsletter, what’s in it for me?
Well, we have a few ideas planned for the newsletter, but you can be guaranteed notification of any upcoming sales period including deals and new items.
I don’t feel comfortable giving you my information.
Trust us, we hate when people take our data and sell it to advertisers just as much as you do. It’s frustrating. We intend to only send you a single newsletter (frequency TBD, but either once every two weeks or monthly) and that’s it. Your purchase information will be used to help recommend you new items that may be of interest.
Any coupon codes? Deals? Better bang for my buck?
There are some plans for future deals, but for now, we only have the “spend $100, get free shipping with the code FREESHIPPING at checkout” deal currently on the books. But rest assured, we will keep you updated in the newsletter.
